Exchanges & Returns
We only carry a limited number of each style featured on the site, and because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. But, no need to worry, luckily we have plenty of styles to choose from - so we will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card straight to your email ASAP!
We know that ordering online doesn’t always work out, so we try really hard to make returns as easy and hassle-free as possible. However, we do have some rules that must be followed:
- Any purchased item must be returned within 30 days of shipping and all items are only eligible for store credit issued in the form of a gift card.
- All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Once we’ve received your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your gift card to be issued via email.
Here at G&E, we take damages very seriously. Although we pride ourselves in having an impressive track record for providing top-quality products, we know that it can happen. So, in the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, here is what we can do for you -
- All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Damages must be reported to email@example.com
- You will then receive a return label to send your package back to us.
- We take it from there: once we receive your package, a refund or merchandise credit will be issued in 5 to 7 business days.
Don’t forget that with all returns, original shipping cost is non-refundable.
